Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the preconstruction team and contribute to the successful delivery of challenging civil, mining, and earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare detailed tender submissions for high-value projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and review estimating processes to enhance tendering capabilities.
  • Negotiate tenders with clients and subcontractors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets based on tender submissions and coordinate handovers to project teams.
Required Expertise:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management roles on civil construction projects with values between $5m-$20m+.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and effective communication skills.
