Senior Civil Project Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our business. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of challenging civil construction, mining, and earthworks projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and be able to prepare accurate budgets and tender submissions.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and submission of tenders
- Evaluation of tender and estimating processes for cost effectiveness
- Tender negotiations and coordination with project team
- Assessment and pricing of contract variation orders
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–10+ years' experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+
- Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
