Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Content Specialist to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, designing commercial campaigns, and enhancing the company's brand position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance the company's brand position and digital presence through creative graphics and visual content.
  2. Design compelling graphics and visual content for various platforms, including websites, EDMs, digital advertising, and print media.
  3. Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within an established brand identity.
  4. Develop interactive visuals to boost engagement among customers.
  5. Create high-quality video content for digital screens.
  6. Support technical teams by creating visuals for client proposals and tenders.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team on various creative projects.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer with a strong portfolio of high-quality designs across various platforms.
  2. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate identity.
  4. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  6. Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
  7. Proficiency in photo-editing systems.
  8. A creative mindset that thrives on innovation and thinking outside the box.
  9. A proactive team player with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
  10. Strong time management abilities, ready to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
  12. A genuine passion for art and design, with a desire to stay ahead of the latest trends.
  13. Experience with 3D rendering programs is a plus.
