Job Description

Your Opportunity

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Client Advisors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results and implement strategic initiatives.

  • You will lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters trust, respect, and open communication.
  • You will conduct regular performance conversations, setting clear goals and expectations, and developing action plans to achieve outstanding results.
  • You will work closely with the Retail Director/Associate Retail Manager and HR department to resolve employee relations issues and ensure effective resolutions.
  • You will support the opening and closing of the store, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution.
  • You will lead morning briefings, delivering key business updates and driving daily objectives.
  • You will develop and execute clienteling strategies, building long-lasting relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
  • You will actively sell and model selling behaviors, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • You will manage and resolve customer complaints, providing commercially sound solutions while exceeding client expectations.
  • You will monitor category performance and propose action plans to reach targets, collaborating with the Retail Director/Associate Retail Manager and Merchandising team.
  • You will provide insights to maximize category potential, ensuring alignment with image and merchandising guidelines.
  • You will partner with the training team to ensure Client Advisors have comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitors.
  • You will ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures, driving safety practices and fostering a safe working environment.

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership and management. Ideally, you will have:

  • Studies in Business Management/Retail Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Department Manager or Senior Client Advisor, with a strong background in luxury retail or service industries.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
