About the Role:

Skechers Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including OH&S legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to think strategically and drive sales growth through effective planning and execution
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Experience in managing a roster and wage control
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service
