**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Technology & Supply Chain, you'll have autonomy and empowerment to execute on a clearly defined national ERP (Pronto) roadmap for franchises, a new website and eCommerce strategy and will play a key role in driving value-add innovation and automation across the business (functional automation, EDI automation, RPA, edge ticketing automation, user experience uplift projects). You'll be developed, mentored and have a voice in defining the future IT, data and eCommerce strategy for AUTO ONE.

**In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will be**:
Leading, motivating and developing the IT Department (7 direct reports, gearing towards growth) in order to achieve a high standard of user support to the members network and head office;
Management of the ERP steering committee;
Fostering excellent working relationships with IT service providers and key internal stakeholders;
Managing the infrastructure environment to ensure all systems are operational during key working hours; and

Developing and maintaining an effective IT disaster recovery and risk management plan.

It is expected that this role will grow and evolve as the business continues to grow. This is an exciting role for either an established IT Manager with a strong Pronto background looking for their next challenge or a 2IC who is ambitious to take that next step and be developed and mentored.

**Your Background and Experience**:
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar hands-on IT Manager role;
Strong Pronto ERP experience (mandatory);
You will be comfortable travelling to interstate franchise sites as part of your role;
You will be hands on, have managed small teams in the past, and be commercially focussed with broad business acumen;
You will be technically competent with proven ability to managing multiple projects/priorities;
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders and vendors;
Proven project management and delivery/execution experience, ensuring responsiveness to client and stakeholder needs;
Ideally you will be a highly collaborative, passionate, supportive, open minded manager with strong attention to detail;
You will be flexible and will enjoy working within a dynamic, service driven and fast paced environment; and

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to interact professionally and influence a diverse group of non-technical stakeholders.
