We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Endeavour Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, including developing job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
  • Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, and responding to stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, preferably in disability services, blue-collar, or volume recruitment in a large complex organization. You should have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and diverse candidate groups.

You will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions. Additionally, you should be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines, with the ability to pivot as priorities change.
