Lead Recovery-Focused Services Manager Opportunity

The role of the Lead Recovery-Focused Services Manager is to oversee and coordinate the operational delivery of clinical services for a program within the Division of Mental Health and AODS.

About the Program

The program provides comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment across the lifespan for individuals with severe and complex mental health issues. Our services are consumer-focused and recovery-oriented, delivered in settings such as community, inpatient units, hospitals, and emergency departments.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

  • Provide leadership and management in the delivery of recovery-focused clinical services.
  • Coordinate operational activities including service development, quality assurance, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including team members, managers, and external partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and research in mental health and AOD services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold relevant qualifications in a field related to mental health or AOD services.
