Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our residents and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

  • rnt Office reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Administration tasks using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mail handling and distribution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer service environment (desirable).

  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner.
