The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the achievement of Allianz's Outperformance Claims Strategy objectives by assisting the Underwritten Workers Compensation Claims Team to achieve better than market claims performance.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Ensure effective portfolio management through proactive contribution to target setting analysis and monitoring of portfolio performance/trends, and recommend strategies to improve performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly reports and report on trends and observations.
- Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of industry developments/trends that will impact portfolio performance.
- Claims Performance Planning: Support teams in the development and execution of claims performance plans.
- Outperformance Support: Support teams in achieving outperformance across the Underwritten Workers Compensation Business.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- Claims Strategy Experience: Experience in developing claims strategy through to execution.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
- Leadership and Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower people to develop individual and team potential.
