We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build diverse pipelines and attract exceptional candidates who share our passion for excellence.

This position involves more than just recruitment – you'll be mapping markets, engaging passive talent, and creating future-ready candidate communities that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage talent across multiple channels to meet business objectives
  • Build and nurture candidate pools for current and future roles to ensure a steady supply of top talent
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to understand the skills and qualifications required for success
  • Share market insights and contribute to strategic recruitment campaigns
  • Represent the company's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media to effectively reach and engage candidates
  • A relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a keen eye for opportunity
  • A team player who embodies the company's values and adapts to change
