An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and organised individual to join our sales team in a capacity-building role. As an entry-level account manager, you will be responsible for supporting senior sales professionals with lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.

This is an ideal position for someone with a genuine interest in IT services and technology solutions, looking to develop foundational skills and create a clear pathway to more senior sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and qualify potential leads, ensuring our CRM remains up-to-date
  • Support the sales team with outreach, appointment setting, and presentations
  • Engage with new and existing clients to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Learn the end-to-end sales process, supported by structured training and mentorship
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives and customer support
  • Assist with reporting and administration to maintain efficient sales operations
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar (cadetships or internships highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • A genuine interest in IT services/technology solutions and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office is a bonus
