Opportunity

We're looking for a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or an experienced Air Conditioning Technician (3rd/4th year apprentices will be considered) to join us. Who We're Looking For

You're someone who:

  • Is qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Cert III) OR a 3rd/4th year apprentice with strong hands-on experience.
  • Has refrigeration knowledge (a bonus) or solid air conditioning background.
  • Has a growth mindset—you're always looking to improve and step up.
  • Works well in a team, backs your mates, and treats clients with respect.
  • Can take ownership of a job and follow through with pride.
Your Role
  • Service, maintain, and install refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Fault-find with confidence and problem-solve on the go.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team delivering projects across the Batemans Bay/Ulladulla region.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and the community.
