About the Role of Legal Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of Legal Services, delivering expert legal guidance and support across Schools, Offices and subsidiaries.

Your responsibilities will include providing timely and effective legal advice to staff, handling requests assigned by the Director, and supporting the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of commercial contracts and documents.

Requirements:

  • Admission as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of WA with a current practising certificate.
  • At least one year of post-admission experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and commercial documentation.
  • Generalist knowledge of relevant laws.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a practical commercial approach.
