Mechanic Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various equipment, including heavy-duty diesel engines, liquid nitrogen pumps, and air compressors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to troubleshoot complex technical problems, and possess strong computer skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists is also essential.

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in maintenance-related fields.
  • Technical diploma or extensive maintenance-related experience in heavy-duty diesel engines, liquid nitrogen pumps, liquid pumps, air compressors, air boosters, etc.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance as per base requirement on equipment.
  • Assisting in rig-up of equipment during function testing in the yard and with workshop activities.
  • Operating and maintaining equipment for pre-commissioning projects both offshore and onshore facilities under instruction from supervisor.
  • Inspecting equipment prior to operation at site and safely rig up equipment as per operating procedures at site.
  • Ensuring maintenance and site procedures are followed on all work scopes and record performance data.
