Heavy Diesel Instructor

As a Heavy Diesel Instructor, you will deliver quality vocational education and training in heavy diesel systems, leveraging your industry experience to enrich the student learning journey. You will develop and deliver training modules covering hydraulics, electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs, leading hands-on sessions exploring these topics and supporting students in achieving qualifications that prepare them for high-demand roles across agriculture and plant operations.

  • Deliver high-quality vocational education and training in heavy diesel systems
  • Conduct competency-based assessments across varied learning environments
  • Leverage industry experience to enhance student learning
  • Develop and deliver training modules on heavy diesel systems
  • Lead hands-on sessions on hydraulics, electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Support students in achieving qualifications for high-demand roles
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Agricultural Machinery or Mobile Plant (required)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and AGCO equipment like Massey Ferguson or Fendt (desired but not required)
  • Practical problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for mentoring the next generation of automotive professionals and enthusiasm for collaborative, future-focused settings
