Job Title: Automotive Instructor

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced instructor to deliver high-quality vocational education and training in Heavy Diesel Systems.
• You will conduct competency-based assessments across varied learning environments, ensuring students achieve their qualifications and prepare for high-demand roles in agriculture and plant operations.
• Leverage your industry experience to enrich the student learning journey by developing and delivering training modules covering hydraulics, electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Lead hands-on sessions exploring heavy diesel systems, providing practical knowledge and skills to our students.

About You:

• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or willingness to obtain it is required.
• Experience in Agricultural Machinery or Mobile Plant is essential, with hydraulics, electrical systems, and AGCO equipment knowledge being highly valued.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
• Prior teaching experience is beneficial but not required.
