About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our swim program, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adults alike.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver effective swimming lessons that cater to diverse needs and abilities. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach swimming and water safety to individuals of various ages and abilities.
  • To maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in swimming instruction.
Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certificate (Provided).
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
