About the Role
We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team at our Tarrawonga open cut operations. The successful candidates will work a Monday-Friday roster, with hour shifts and overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a fleet of heavy equipment, including CAT 785, 789 and EH4000 trucks
- Meet production and budgetary targets, maintaining a high work output level
- Demonstrate visible safe working practices and application of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
- Contribute to a collaborative organisational culture, living the Whitehaven Values
Requirements
- A commitment to safety and a high work output level
- Production mining experience with statements of competency/VOCs for equipment
- Ability to work shifts, days and nights on a 5:2 roster
- Current Driver's Licence
