Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centered support to individuals in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing support that enables participants to live a full and active life.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and has a strong commitment to supporting individuals with their activities of daily living.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Driver's License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A minimum of two (2) employment references
  • NDIS Workers Orientation module certificate
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 vaccine
