Role Overview

The Digital Insights Analyst position is a critical role in helping measure performance and define business objectives through a deep understanding of users and their behavior.

The focus is on measuring engagement and conversion, data hygiene, dashboard building & maintenance, and reporting findings/insights to management.

About the Job
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties.
  • Support tracking and analytics for campaigns across various lines-of-business, providing regular reporting with insights on effectiveness.
  • Offer data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement with digital properties and conversion on marketing campaigns.

Presentation of analytics and insights to stakeholders on a regular basis. Utilize Adobe Analytics (and other tools) to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years' experience working in data analytics, preferably for a consumer-facing product with scale.
  • Experience with providing data insights to a large-scale digital platform is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in outlook and approach.
