As a Domestic Assistant with Silverchain, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with domestic tasks in their own home. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering flexible working hours.
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the floor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with social support in the community, promoting independence and enhancing participation in care plans.
- Following a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, using a digital schedule and care plan app.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-6 months of domestic or industrial cleaning experience.
- A valid driver's license with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle.
- Ability to work autonomously in the community, referring to a digital schedule and care plan.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits:
- $32.74 per hour + superannuation contributions.
- Travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometer.
- Provided mobile phone for work purposes.
- 17.5% annual leave loading and excess leave cash out options.
