Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client work efficiently
  • Lead in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for various entities
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for companies and trusts
  • Deliver accurate annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
  • Be mentored by experienced professionals with the aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders on behalf of clients
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and social events
  • Support junior team members in their development
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Relevant degree in Accounting or similar field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to work
