Job Role: Physical Security Risk Specialist">

The role focuses on creating a safe environment for employees while embracing the company's values of inclusion and belonging.

This involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential risks to the organization and supporting the implementation of programs to manage those risks.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, providing practical risk and security advice, and helping create and maintain risk registers and treatment plans.

  • Conducting risk assessments and providing practical risk and security advice — focusing on employees, spaces, events, and activations.
  • Helping create and maintain risk registers and treatment plans— ensuring information is current, accurate and aligned with internal frameworks.
  • Partnering with senior security risk specialists across a wide range of safety and security risk activities.
  • Tracking risk treatment plans until completion and assisting teams in implementation if needed.
  • Supporting risk reporting, metrics, education, and training initiatives, primarily focused on employee safety and security.
  • Contributing to the development of security and safety risk processes and tools ensuring they remain fit for purpose as the organization scales.
  • Contributing to building a strong, risk-aware culture within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in security or safety risk management (or a related discipline), ideally for a global/multi-country organization.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and advisory activities.
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Experience developing or maintaining documentation related to risk management, including policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
