Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Security Risk Specialist to play a vital role in safeguarding our environment and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.

The Protective Services team is responsible for ensuring the physical safety and security of our people, spaces, and events.

You will be instrumental in helping our teams work safely and securely, regardless of their location. Your key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, providing expert risk advice, creating and maintaining risk registers and treatment plans, and collaborating with the Senior Security Risk Specialist on various safety and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities also include tracking risk treatment plans until completion, assisting teams in implementation if needed, supporting risk reporting, metrics, education, and training initiatives, contributing to the development of security and safety risk processes and tools, and promoting a strong, risk-aware culture across our organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need a background in security or safety risk management (or a related field), ideally for a global/multi-country organization. You will also require demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and advisory activities, an understanding of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks, experience developing or maintaining documentation related to risk management, including policies and procedures, and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.
