Compliance Advisor Role

This role is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Advisor.

\

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge and understanding of compliance risk and compliance frameworks for businesses in regulated industries.

\

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the organization to provide timely, efficient, practical, and high-calibre compliance services to support the business achieve its strategic objectives.

\Job Description:\

The Compliance Advisor will be responsible for providing specialized advice on compliance risk to ensure that the company's activities are compliant with relevant legislation and policies.

\

This includes providing guidance on compliant solutions in support of projects, product development & management and sales initiatives.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and possess a strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Provide specialized advice on compliance risk to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.\
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all laws and industry standards affecting the organization's operations.\
  • Support the Head of Compliance and wider Compliance team to develop and encourage a culture of compliance.\
  • Complete oversight activities designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.\
  • Point of contact for complaints and internal regulatory & compliance investigations.\

Requirements:\

  • \
  • 3+ years of experience as a Compliance or Legal professional.\
  • Experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.\
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance risk and compliance frameworks for businesses in regulated industries.\
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities.\
