Sales Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Sales Representative to join our team in driving growth in the haematology and oncology sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a recognised leader in the pharmaceutical industry, providing innovative solutions in healthcare.
About the Role
- This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the haematology and oncology sectors.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with specialist healthcare professionals and decision-makers, providing product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Presents tailored presentations to clients, maintains accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and represents the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in specialist or hospital sales, adhering to the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Familiarity with haematology/ oncolgy products or treatments is desirable, along with a strong knowledge base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally are essential.
