- Providing exceptional patient care and customer service in a timely manner
- Maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Evaluating and maintaining safety standards in various scenarios
- Working in a team environment, managing high workloads and prioritizing tasks
- Adhering to workplace policies and procedures
- Monitoring, documenting, and responding to patient status changes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A TAFE or Certificate - Diploma level qualification in Community and Health Services or a related discipline
- Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing is desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including shift work and weekends
