Lead Recruitment Specialist for Luxury Retail

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Principal Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have full ownership of a permanent recruitment desk, working with established luxury clients and building & expanding your book of business.

Your primary objective will be to achieve and/or exceed sales targets through effective delivery of recruitment assignments, managing both clients and candidates within the designated industry sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a permanent recruitment desk for luxury brands
  • Develop and expand your professional network within the industry
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales targets through efficient service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and lead initiatives to capitalize on them
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of agency recruitment experience in retail or a related field
  • Strong interest in the luxury retail industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored to meet the expectations of discerning clients
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment
