Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Management Consulting Director to join our growing practice focused on supporting Federal government contractors. As a key member of our team, you will work with businesses in diverse industries, managing staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams and client relationships to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategic business solutions to support Federal government contractors
  • Collaborate across business lines and services to deliver high-quality work products
  • Manage engagement/project financials and ensure alignment with firm financials
  • Teach, train, and coach staff on technical and industry required soft skills
  • Drive targeting, marketing, and training activities within the industry
  • Serve as client service relationship lead and ensure quality client services are delivered

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant, expert-level experience in Federal Contracting, including experience with FAR, CAS, and DCAA audit programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and client relationships
  • Strong business acumen and history of demonstrated growth
  • Proven market presence and ability to develop business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver executive-level presentations and business report writing
  • US citizenship required
