**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the movement of orders from point of origin to destination, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service, driving loyalty and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Transport Management:** Utilize our current transportation management system (OTM) to optimize routes, allocate orders efficiently, and confirm bookings on customer portals.
  • Problem Solving:** Identify and escalate system issues with OTM and SAP to relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Delivery Review:** Proactively review delivery timelines and utilize additional resources as needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaboration:** Work closely with delivery contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by our organization and customers.


**Requirements**

  • Transport Routing/Allocator Experience:** Proven track record in managing transportation logistics, with expertise in route optimization and allocation strategies.
  • SAP Experience:** Familiarity with SAP systems is highly advantageous, with ability to leverage its capabilities to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Oracle Transport Management (OTM):** Strong knowledge of OTM system, including its features and functionalities.
  • Geographical Knowledge:** Familiarity with geographical areas served, particularly Queensland (QLD).
  • Excel Skills:** Intermediate level proficiency in Excel, with ability to analyze data and create reports.
