Job Overview

The Project Expeditor role at a leading logistics company is responsible for facilitating the timely flow of materials or products between suppliers and clients.

This position involves coordinating with suppliers to commence expediting processes, updating PO/material supply due dates, and monitoring order readiness in compliance with guidelines.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate order documentation, arrange collections, and manage OS&Ds. Strong negotiation skills and data compilation abilities are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with suppliers to expedite orders in a timely manner
  • Updating PO/material supply due dates using designated platforms
  • Monitoring order readiness and ensuring critical deadlines are met
  • Resolving delays to meet project requirements
  • Ensuring correct order documentation and arranging collections
  • Managing OS&Ds and preparing reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years International Logistics experience
  • Experience in CargoWise & CargoWise reporting
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Strong negotiation and data compilation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
