About this role:

The Business Deposits team is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategic direction of brands under the BOQ Group banner. This role will contribute to delivering market leading everyday banking and savings experiences for business customers.

You will provide input into the development of Everyday Banking and Savings propositions, ensuring they are market leading, align with customer needs, and achieve positive customer and commercial outcomes. You will also be involved in the delivery and management of exciting new digital banking propositions.

This role will be responsible for performance management of assigned portfolios, weekly/monthly reporting, and providing insights and recommendations to the wider Everyday Banking team. You will identify opportunities to improve and lead projects to enhance channel capability and customer experience, driving customer and business performance.

To succeed in this role, you will have a sound knowledge of operational features of Business Banking products and the ability to work directly with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product propositions.
