Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for students, early-career marketers, or individuals balancing freelance or part-time work.

About the Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in digital and social strategy behind the scenes at a specialty coffee company.
  • You will be immersed in the business, working alongside marketing professionals, operations, sales, finance, and our café team.
Your Responsibilities:
  1. Support campaign rollouts, events, and social media planning
  2. Coordinate content, assets, approvals, and reporting
  3. Keep marketing calendars, insights, and trackers up-to-date
  4. Bring fresh ideas and energy to team brainstorms and projects
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Creative, curious, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Early-stage marketing/communications experience or relevant study
Flexibility:

We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements that suit your needs, including options for working across 3 full days or 5 shorter days.
