Job Title: Specialty Coffee Expert

Our Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialty Coffee Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista and be passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a high turnover and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor functions and services in the meeting room booking system to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services in compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Provide waiter service and assist conferences, meetings, and private functions, providing a professional and efficient service.
  • Maintain immaculate and smart presentation from head to toe.
  • Clear and clean tables and food preparation/storage/display areas and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on coffee machines and other equipment.
  • Prepare and serve various coffee and tea-based beverages tailored to customers' preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous corporate experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in hotel or fine dining is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and well-presented with a high standard of personal and work hygiene.
  • Latte art skills are a plus.
  • Confidence and maturity in dealings with high-level executives.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Police Check Certificate up-to-date.
