Job Title: Specialty Coffee Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialty Coffee Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee and other hot and cold beverages.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista, with demonstrated coffee art skills and techniques. They must also possess excellent communication skills, be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and be a team player willing to assist the team when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and other hot and cold beverages.
  • Ensure that work areas, utensils, and equipment are clean and hygienic.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista.
  • Demonstrated coffee art skills and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
