The delivery of high-impact infrastructure initiatives is a pivotal role that requires strategic planning and execution. In this position, you will oversee the forecasting, planning, management, and reporting of the current and future program of works, ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineers to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence, as well as planning and forecasting construction activities with the area supervisor; maintaining project plans and schedules.

You will also manage and reconcile bills of quantities (BOQs); support final contract sum reconciliation, and collaborate on and revise project schedules, including subcontractor inputs, for client approval.

About You:

  • Holding a degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven experience working on similar projects is highly valued, as is possessing formal project management qualifications.
  • A strong understanding of project delivery and cost management principles is crucial for effective leadership and decision-making.
