We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Yiros Shop.

As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a young team of employees. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as they will be required to work closely with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Supervising employees, including juniors
  • Training and development of staff to achieve outstanding results
  • Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns
  • Running a drive-thru service
  • Foood Preparation, including deep fryer/grill use
  • Cash handling and register operation
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store

Requirements:

  • Food Safety Certificate (FREE online)
  • Working rights (passport and visa grant for international workers)
  • RSA Certificate (to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment)
