Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to take on a leadership role in our Australian Subway store.

The Subway brand is one of the largest sandwich chains globally, with over 40,000 restaurants worldwide. Our Franchise Owners are committed to recruiting talented team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete morning shift duties as outlined on the Opening Sheet
  • Assist in monitoring store operations and maintain high standards of product quality and customer service
  • Ensure front-of-store presentation and outdoor areas meet Subway's expectations
  • Perform stocktakes, WISR, Control Sheet reviews, and bank store takings when required
  • Oversee drinks, vegetable, and milk orders, as well as Countrywide orders when the manager is away
  • Maintain awareness of store costs and report excesses to the Manager
  • Communicate store operation standards and new processes to staff as needed
  • Provide training to new employees and lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
  • Report customer complaints to the Manager and respond accordingly if they are unavailable
  • Maintain equipment and respond efficiently in times of equipment failure if the manager is not available
  • Implement and manage change in a constructive and positive manner
  • Keep abreast of and maintain required health and safety standards
  • Ensure store food, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times
