Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and support end users with endpoint management and day-to-day operations.

This is a permanent position that forms part of a 24 x 7 On Call roster. We are looking for someone with proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS/Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients and support end users with endpoint management and day-to-day operations
  • Develop and read PowerShell scripts
  • Work with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune) and Microsoft Azure
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions to End Users

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS/Active Directory
  • Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
  • Awareness of Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to develop and read PowerShell scripts
  • ITIL V3/4 experience
  • Strong understanding of ITSM concepts
