Job Summary:

The Endpoint Security Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security of endpoints within an organization. This role requires a strong understanding of network security, malware analysis, and zero-day attacks.

About the Role:

  • Implement and administer endpoint security solutions under SCCM
  • Analyze threat logs to identify and mitigate potential infections
  • Develop strategies to handle zero-day attacks and provide best practices to customers
  • Collaborate with anti-virus product vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Configure policies on management servers to ensure endpoint security
  • Monitor clients and analyze endpoint tools to detect potential threats
  • Provide timely reporting of outbreaks and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve crises
  • Drive day-to-day operations and manage work plans to ensure efficient endpoint security
  • Conduct regular reviews with teams and document solutions provided to customers in ticketing systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in endpoint security and its related technologies
  • Hands-on experience with MS ATA and SCCM
  • Ability to plan and implement upgrades and new implementations
  • Strong documentation skills, including creating TOP/SOP documents
  • Experience with other antivirus platforms is an added advantage
