Clinical Midwife Clinical Facilitator

The North West Hospital Maternity Unit is a leading healthcare institution in Mount Isa, Queensland. As a Clinical Midwife Clinical Facilitator, you will provide expert clinical knowledge and care to women and babies with various conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice.
  • Supporting a safe and collaborative work environment by role-modeling best practices and mentoring colleagues.
  • Leveraging your expertise to educate and train staff members on complex situations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading and contributing to the development of team portfolios.
  • Mentoring Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Midwives (RMs), and other personnel.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary degree qualification.
  • Appropriate registration or licensure.
