About the Role:
">- Work in a team environment to deliver high-quality mental health services.
- Provide brief and ongoing interventions, and develop collaborative individual care plans.
- Participate in planning and development of services for people with mental health issues and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
">- Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health service delivery.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as a Social Worker.
- Proven judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding assessment and care planning.
- Sound understanding of public, non-government and private mental health systems and programs.
