Operational Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Training Systems Operations Specialist.
This role involves the development and amendment of courseware, virtual mission scenario generation, and administration of Learning Management Systems to host courseware and assessment instruments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interactive and self-paced courseware development to meet customer requirements.
- Virtual mission scenario generation to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and course learning outcomes.
- Administration of Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment instruments, course enrollment and paneling for Aircrew and Maintenance Course sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience and/or understanding of Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance and training methodology applicable to the synthetic training environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning Management System administration.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification.
