
Retail Channel Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering profit and revenue targets within the Retail channel.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer's value chain and be able to jointly create increased value with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve brand and commercial targets for NSW LMG banners and key ownership groups, executing National Banner activity for the region.
- Support the Senior National Account Manager in the day-to-day management of LMG Nationally.
- Lead and be accountable for Retail performance, driving influence across Field Teams to ensure delivery of Retail plans.
- Ensure activity is implemented by engaging with field sales teams while rigorously monitoring agreements and account performance.
- Manage expenditure, performance reviews, State account profitability, and growth.

You will be a highly skilled and impactful Key Account Manager with proven ability to manage large customer accounts. You will be passionate about actively sharing knowledge to drive your own personal and professional development, as well as helping to build key account capability within the broader team.
