A Clinical Nurse position is available in a remote Level 2 hospital, providing 24-hour acute inpatient and accident and emergency care. The role involves clinical leadership, education, and research.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree qualification, appropriate registration/licences, and a Class C Motor Vehicle Licence. Postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
- Clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education, and research.
- Support management activities including portfolio responsibilities.
- Apply change management principles by providing support, guidance, mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promoting cooperation and collaborative teamwork.
- Mandatory: relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- Postgraduate qualification or currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in a relevant area is highly desirable.
- Class C Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks.
