Job Opportunity

A creative role has become available in our Sydney CBD office, where you will work directly with the Head of Content in a fast-paced team environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to capture the essence of Australia's leading property investment group through high-quality video content. As a Videographer & Content Editor (Junior), you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in creating engaging videos for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document events, offices, and off-site locations using camera-in-hand shooting techniques.
  • Set up lighting, audio, and equipment with confidence and speed.
  • Travel independently around Sydney for shoots, requiring a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Edit short- and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling thumbnails that capture attention.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, music, and overlays during editing.
  • Back up and manage media files in shared storage systems.
  • Deliver final video assets aligned with brand quality and timelines.
  • Collaborate daily with the Head of Content on production priorities.
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in videography, editing, or content creation roles.
  • Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio gear, and lighting setup.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut; Photoshop/Canva for thumbnails.
  • Strong audio awareness and clean sound recording skills.
  • Portfolio showing social-first content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Highly organized with strong file and time management.
  • Positive, coachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Passion for content creation and storytelling.
