Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our operations team. This role involves making strategic decisions that positively impact both personnel and the business unit.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Ensure safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to, promoting a strong HSE culture.
- Develop and mentor personnel, promoting high standards of morals and ethics.
- Manage the operations teams, overseeing the usage of asset and maintenance management systems.
- Participate in Project and Engineering meetings, delegating attendance when needed.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, managing reporting of Non-conformances and cost of poor quality.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Management, or relevant Oilfield experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
