Employment Tax Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Employment Tax Advisor to join our national team. As an expert in employment tax advice and compliance, you will provide high-quality support to clients across diverse industries.

  • Job Description:
    • Deliver Expert Employment Tax Advice: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable insights on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
    • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations, leveraging technology to support compliance and uncover valuable insights.
    • Engage and Educate: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training seminars for both clients and internal teams to build understanding and capability in employment tax matters.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Collaborative and Client-Focused Mindset: Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently and within teams, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
    • Strong Technical and Analytical Skills: Brings 1–3 years of employment tax experience with large multinational organizations, excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, and proven confidence in handling data and performing detailed analysis.
    • Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: Eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries with complex tax and payroll compliance issues.
