Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned corporate tax specialist to provide comprehensive tax advisory services to multinational groups and privately owned enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance services, including advice on Australian tax laws and strategic tax planning
  • Collaborate with our Audit team to review income tax provision calculations
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of tax services and building strong relationships
  • Manage multiple engagements and deliverables, communicating with junior staff members
  • Develop your tax technical skillset and ability to solve problems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Client portfolio management
  • Work-in-progress management
  • Direct client communication
  • Assisting Partners with tax advice preparation
  • Mentoring junior staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a Business Advisor/Tax role
  • Completed CA or CPA qualification
  • Understanding current tax legislation and principles
  • Strong tax technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Clear communication style and desire to learn and maintain technical knowledge
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Experience working to productivity targets and training junior team members
  • Proven stakeholder management and ability to manage autonomous work
